1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the DunVera website located at dunvera.com (the "Website"), purchasing products from DunVera LLC, or using any DunVera services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Website or purchase our products.

DunVera LLC is a Wyoming-registered limited liability company. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and DunVera LLC.

2. Products and Services

2.1 Product Range

DunVera LLC sells electronics accessories including but not limited to:

• USB-C charging cables (PowerThread series)

• GaN wall chargers (Mexord series)

• Magnetic USB-C adapters (MagNod series)

• Other electronics accessories under the DunVera brand

2.2 Product Descriptions

We make every effort to ensure product descriptions, specifications and images are accurate. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content on this Website are accurate, complete or error-free. If a product you receive is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition in accordance with our Return Policy.

2.3 Certifications

DunVera products carry applicable certifications including USB-IF, FCC, CE and RoHS as specified per product. Certification details are available on individual product pages. DunVera LLC is a USPTO registered trademark holder under Class 9.

3. Orders and Purchases

3.1 Order Acceptance

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. DunVera LLC reserves the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion. An order is confirmed only upon receipt of our order confirmation email.

3.2 Pricing

All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without notice. The price charged will be the price displayed at the time of order placement. DunVera LLC reserves the right to correct pricing errors.

3.3 Payment

We accept major credit cards, debit cards and other payment methods as displayed at checkout. All transactions are processed securely. DunVera LLC does not store your full payment card details.

3.4 Sales Tax

Applicable sales tax will be added to your order based on your shipping address and applicable tax laws. Amazon marketplace orders are subject to Amazon's tax collection policies.

4. Shipping and Delivery

4.1 Shipping Methods

DunVera products are primarily fulfilled through Amazon FBA (Fulfilled by Amazon) for orders placed on Amazon marketplaces. Orders placed directly on dunvera.com are fulfilled by DunVera LLC or its designated fulfillment partners.

4.2 Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and are estimates only. DunVera LLC is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather or other circumstances beyond our control.

4.3 International Shipping

DunVera LLC ships to USA, Canada, Mexico and other markets as available. International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes and local regulations for which the buyer is solely responsible. DunVera LLC ships DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) where specified.

4.4 Risk of Loss

Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. DunVera LLC is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after carrier confirmation of delivery.

5. Returns and Refunds

5.1 Return Policy

DunVera LLC offers a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, products must be:

• Unused and in original condition

• In original packaging with all accessories and documentation

• Accompanied by proof of purchase

5.2 Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Products damaged due to misuse, negligence or unauthorized modification

• Products with removed or tampered serial numbers

• Digital products or downloadable software

5.3 Refund Process

Upon receipt and inspection of returned products, DunVera LLC will process your refund within 5-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

5.4 Warranty

All DunVera products come with a 12-month limited warranty against manufacturing defects. This warranty does not cover damage from misuse, accidents, unauthorized modifications, or normal wear and tear. To make a warranty claim, contact support@dunvera.com with proof of purchase and description of the defect.

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 DunVera Trademarks

DunVera is a registered trademark of DunVera LLC under USPTO Class 9. PowerThread, Mexord GaN and MagNod are product names of DunVera LLC. Unauthorized use of DunVera trademarks, logos or product names is strictly prohibited.

6.2 Website Content

All content on this Website including text, images, graphics, product descriptions, logos and software is the property of DunVera LLC or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify or create derivative works without our express written permission.

6.3 User Content

By submitting reviews, comments or other content to our Website, you grant DunVera LLC a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, reproduce and display such content in connection with our business.

7. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use our Website or products for any of the following purposes:

• Any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable laws and regulations

• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems or data

DunVera LLC does not warrant that the Website will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of viruses or other harmful components.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, DUNVERA LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OUR WEBSITE OR PRODUCTS.

In no event shall DunVera LLC's total liability to you for all claims arising from your use of our Website or products exceed the amount you paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim in the twelve months preceding the claim.

12.2 Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of our Website or products shall first be attempted to be resolved through good faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Wyoming, USA in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

12.3 Class Action Waiver

You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated or representative action.
